look favoured by many, but worn only by the few.

Had his fine "pencil" on show nicely in "The Blues Brothers".

Fine exponent of the Bass guitar, joined James Brown's band at the tender age
of 18. Went on to star in such madcap musical schemes as, Funkadelic, Parliament,
and Bootsy's Rubber Band.

Jazz piano playing fusionist, whose particularly avant garde style was most
vividly captured in the "Electric Band".
David Crosby
Of Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young fame. Appeared in The Simpsons at an A.A.
meeting with Barney Gumble.

Magnificent plumage from the classical giant. Nice work Eddie.
Duke Ellington
Jazz Big Band Leader and all round syncopated impresario of the jazz world from
the 30's to the 70's. This small well pruned number could only be described
as not quite a pencil.
Flavor Flav
Public Enemy Clown, employed purely to rant in between Chuck D's rapping. Wears
an enormous clock around his neck. Genius.

Wrote the groovy jazz piano music for the Charlie Brown cartoons. This
man has a fine cookie-duster and no mistake.
Larry Graham
Fine upstanding member of the "Sly and the Family Stone" community.
Went on to form his own group "Graham Central Station", and is now
occasionally seen along side the young lad Prince, who sports a non too impressive
"Craig David inspiring" designer beard look! Graham was the innovator
of the "Bow-tie" moustache which becomes wider, the further away from
the nose.

One half of power pop 80s duo, Hall or Oates rocked our world with his marvellous"Scouser".

small group, at an early age. Went on to create some ground breaking funk albums
with the "Head Hunters" and as a solo artiste.

Guitarist in the Beatles, recently attacked by a madman and diagnosed with cancer
its busy busy for George.

Half Indian, half Black, half gone most of the time but hid a secret moustache
for most of his career, until overdosing.

Jazz Pianist, although some of his work stems from a slightly more classical
background. Renowned for moaning audibly to accompany his playing, on recordings.

Scary "Sparks" frontman, proud owner of the lesser spotted "Hitler".

experimenter.

As well as being clean shaven and going for an all out beard, luckily the young
lad Parker housed a impressive wannabe "Cookie Duster" during early
stints with the James Brown band and also with his own band "Maceo and
all the King's Men".
Ray Parker Jr
Was in Stevie Wonder's band-"Wonderland", as well as playing Wah Wah
for Herbert Hancock, but is clearly more famous as the singer of the "Ghostbusters"
theme, for the film "Ghosbusters".
Little Richard
Exceedingly camp 50's Rock N Roller.
Carlos Santana
Impressive "bandit" from the boy "Santana", along with his
screaming geetar licks over latin-tinged funk rock.
Scatman John
He first sung in public at the grand old age of 45.
Patti Smith
No relation to the Jiggy-tastic Mister Smith but proud tache wearer since the
dawn of punk rock. And our first Musical Lady 'tache.
Will Smith
He has been seen Gettin Jiggy with a 'tache on many occasions in film
and T.V.
Clark Terry
Trumpeter, our own Mister Browns favourite exponent of the horn. A member of
the Duke Ellington Orchestra and Count Basie's small group, along with many
other moustached jazz men.
